Hello all.
You were very helpful with your previous advice on the stone that I had found. Unfortunately, someone else bought it

but hey ho.

The pressure is now on because SO and I hope to pick up the ring in NYC between the 22nd / 28th of Sept, so I need to find a replacement stone asap. (UK bank transfer will make the buying process sloooooow!!)

My searches are drawing a blank (I''m still disappointed I missed out on the previous one and kicking myself for not ensuring 100% it was actually reserved for me so prob not looking properly) so I''d appreciate fresh eyes!

I am looking for

- round brilliant cut
- 1.1-1.2 ct or thereabouts
- ideal cut
- colour wise, I would go up to an I, J at a push
- clarity, eyeclean, would prefer not to go below SI1
- budget- we had thought about $6000 for the stone, but we could push that up a bit for the right stone

The setting I want is with WF- I am not sure if I have enough time to buy from another vendor and send it to WF for them to set it in time and post it to New York?

All thoughts appreciated...

Most likely not. Do you know if the one you picked is a stock setting they can have ready quickly?

The stone you posted looks fantastic. It''s a winner.

Looks great! :)

Good luck :)

Yes Ellen,
The setting is in stock and in my size. I would far rather do it all with one vendor rather than trying to arrange multiple purchases, stones flying across America and the cranky bank wire process!

Glad you think the stone above looks ok.

It''s definitely best for this situation! Sounds like it should all go smoothly. Please post pics if you can!
