Stacking white gold band with platinum

I received a beautiful white gold infinity style diamond band for our anniversary. My engagement ring is a simple platinum solitaire and my wedding band is a plain platinum band. The infinity band has diamonds, but none that stick out beyond the edge of the ring like a prong set band. The sides on the infinity band that touch my platinum bands have no diamonds and is just the smooth gold metal.

I hear mixed reviews of wearing gold with platinum so I’m not sure what to do here. Please help!

How do they look together?

I wore my original engagement ring which was a simple platinum solitaire with my original wedding ring, a thin channel set diamond white gold band, for many years and they always looked fine. No damage to the metal beyond Expected wear and tear.
