Stacking band ideas?

I have Daniel M creating a stacking band for me in silver with some mahenge spinels I purchased at auction. It’s just a fun band made to fit my index finger as I have never worn rings on that finger but hey that’s valuable bling real estate going to waste

They will need to be spaced to go all the way around the band.

Dan sent an idea for the design and I have some from Pinterest but would love so some ps members thoughts

Those stones look gorgeous!

I’d see if he could achieve a look somewhat like @Acinoms sapphire band that’s star /bead /gypsy set, all your stones spaced out evenly around the band.
I think the natural patina of silver in the star area with a light polish now and then of the outer areas would look pretty!
Or even with no patina if it’s plated.

I’m excited to see what you do come up with!

On second thought-
Wasn’t there someone who put some Jedi rounds and baguettes into an eternity band and she wasn’t that thrilled with how they performed ???
so don’t take too much stock into my suggestion, noting how much metal is surrounding the stones /how much light is let in.

Thanks again I have asked Dan what he thinks will give the spinels the best chance to shine as it were I am open to a half band too if it is better for appearance

Tough decision. I like the smooth for sure. What about the doubled up stones with a smooth raised patch vs the beads? He does a matte that would look lovely or just little squares of smooth metal in between. Again I'm a box nut so feel free to disregard

In the end I went with the first box design nothing else spoke to me as much. Can’t wait to see it
