Stack of the day thread

Is it wrong that one of the reasons I can’t wait to get married is so I can start wearing my stack??!!! I have a photo I took from when we first got the bands of the entire set together and it KILLS me every time I look at it!!

The bands have been in the safe deposit box since shortly after receiving them; good thing too or else I’d be playing with them All The Damn Time!

Is it wrong? Haha...NO! It shows super human restraint that you can keep them lock away and not play with them. I don’t feel too sorry for you ILS, your e-ring is spectacular to ogle!

Hahaha... Thanks I admit it still distracts me every day!!! And now that I've added a HG Rolex on the same arm my productivity during the day has REALLY decreased. Lord help me when the bands are there too Good thing we'll be in Italy for three weeks so I can get used to it before having to return to normal life!

Hahaha! I swear I wasn't meaning to tease! I just feel weird posting a photo of me with my wedding bands before I'm married.

I'm planning on being mostly absent from PS while we're away for the wedding/honeymoon but PROMISE to log back on to post some stack photos!!

I have a thread. David took the diamonds from my first wedding set and made the band for me. The diamonds were almost enough to make a whole eternity but it was short one diamond so he added one. Total cost was under $500 bc he bought the gold from my old set from me as well. He then took the center diamond and set it into this bezel pendant.

Today's stack is my Cartier Trinity ring with my 1 carat eternity ring. I almost don't have enough finger estate, but I still like the look.

I just wrote an entire response and I accidently deleted it.
David is pretty thorough with each piece he has made me so he sent me these CADs. The ring is 3.1 mm in width and 2.2 mm in height. Size of the diamonds and number of diamonds are listed below in the CAD.
The problem was the diamonds from the wedding band and the engagement ring were different sizes so David put the larger ones in the front and the smaller ones in the back. I honestly don’t know which is which bc he did such a great job. Plus it’s an eternity so it spins anyway. Then he also had to add a diamond and I don’t know which one or size was added.
He did such amazing work on this ring. He is making my new setting for my ACA. Actually it’s been made I just haven’t sent my diamond to him.
This is the email he sent me bf mailing me the princess band-

“Your band is ready and it looks gorgeous. It is solid 18k rose gold weighing 2.7 grams, set with 1.17cts of H color, VS-SI clarity princess cut diamonds, sized between 5.5 and 5.75. If you approve the pictures I will ship insured UPS 2nd day. Shall I also send back your other stones? Thanks David”

No problem. He did a ring just like mine which is where I got the idea to have him do my ring. She had Carre cut diamonds that where channel set and he redid the ring like this in platinum. I love the way her ring turned out. Here is the link-
