I have wondered the same, MTG, especially since the skin color never looks correct. Instead, fingers are magenta, or pink or blue tinged as if they've been died - and then their stones all seem to have this amazing reddish purple, pink or blue hued saturation...
Never dealt with them before but many stones could be cut much better. In terms of colouration, who knows what the stones really look like in person due to the inconsistency of the white balance.
the cutting is still good compared to the majority of junk on the market I saw in Bangkok, I must have waded through 10,000s of packets of gems to find one sapphire without 30-60 % Windowing , its just the norm
