square radiant versus lucidas cut

i forgot to mention the ind appraiser also mentioned she thought the stone I bought which was a square radiant looked like a lucidas cut or a step cut brilliant or something....im not sure if thats a good or a bad thing. anyone know what that cut is??

also, you really cant tell teh corners are cut b/c of the setting, is that normal?

That is the Tiffany setting made for the Lucida. But many people here imitate that look by getting an x-prong setting such as from Vatche (see Ellen''s ring) or WhiteFlash.

The Lucida is one of Tiffany''s branded cuts, so named I believe after the brightest star in a constellation. So a nice compliment!!

yeah looks kinda like it. what kind of setting was that in that photo? do u know? i like the setting for it.
That will be the actual Tiffany setting.
