Square H&A Gemstone

Does anybody know who sells Square H&A shape gemstone, more specifically pink or blue sapphires? Please let me know.

GOG has sold square hearts and arrows diamonds in the past, but I don''t know about gemstones, you could certainly ask them.

In coloured gemstones, like in fancy colour diamonds, the goal of cutting is to intensify the colour of the stone.
Cutting for light-performance or for cut-precision (like H&A) in diamonds is mostly contrary to the goal of intensifying colour. For that reason, you will not find H&A in coloured gemstones. Moreover, the level of precision in cutting coloured gemstones does not reach the same standard as that for diamond-cutting.

Thank you very much. Your explanation makes a lot of logical sense. Do you know where I can find quality gemstone at a reasonable price (rather than overly inflated price)? Does PS vendors sell gemstones? I''m looking for a pink sapphire cushion or ascher cut tone, approx. 2ct.

you might want to check over in the colored gems section for recommendations. also, check out http://www.whitesgems.com/ for some gorgeous gems. he will also source a stone and cut it just for you. i think a couple of psers have jeff white gems so try a search also.

Jeff cuts the loveliest cushion and asschers... so precise. And you might want to consider spinels and not just sapphires. Chrono has a lovely pink asscher cut by him and neatfreak has a gorgeous light blue sapphire, also an asscher. They are TDF.
