Square Emerald / Step Cut ...

Does anyone know where and how to look for a square step cut? It seems as though they are rare, although I have found a couple of examples on PS. Looking for around .90 - 1.0ct. When I search on Emerald cuts they are all rectangular, and searching on princess isn''t right either. Would love to know ... thanks.

You can try searching asscher or just weeding through what comes up if images and dimensions are provided.

Thanks - I thought Asschers had cut corners, or is that not always the case? I need the full cut. Cheers

A Carre cut is a square step cut without clipped corners--the issue is that when you search for them you get a lot of bands. They''re good for eternity bands since the non-clipped corners don''t leave gaps.

So, I did try GOG but they said they don''t do carre cuts ... any other suggestions please? I have to have the corners as much current ering holds a princess cut diamond. At the time of it being set they said I would be able to upgrade the stone but only with the same shape.

"square step cut" is what you need.
