square cut diamond (carre) eternity band

I am in search of an eternity band made up of channel set square step cut diamonds (also called carre cut). I would like a fairly wide band with bigger stones than facets or tiffany offer. about 4 mm wide--3.5 carats. Can anyone recommend a jeweler or vendor that sells something like this or can source DE vs ideal cuts for such a band?

I dont like the facets deisgns--they look stamped out of a mould to me. The edge of their bands are very thick and clunky looking to my eye. Is there anyone else that I can get top quality stones but the right design element?

i did look on their site--their style seems more delicate with a lot of small stones--
