I've been trying to go through as many images as possible, there are just so many! Do you think something like this would work with a 3/4 ct?

I've seen a few similar pics on various pricescope threads but all with much larger stones. Thinking I could remove the diamonds on the prongs to make them smaller to not overwhelm the smaller diamond - any opinions?

The lady sporting that ring has a size 3.5 finger which means the stone in question is well over 1 ct in size. IIRC, it is probably between 2 and 3 ct. It is possible that the stones in the shank are 1 pointers and the split section holds 1/2 pointers but to make that proportional for a 0.75 ct stone means that they would have to be much smaller. To get that same look, you either have to go with custom handforged or see what Daniel K offers, both of which are extremely pricey.
