Split Shank, Micro Pave, Round setting w/out Halo?

I am looking for pictures of a setting that I have envisioning. I see tons of pictures of split shank micropave settings with round center stones and halos, but I want one without a halo. Can anyone show me any pictures of these? I haven''t seen any and have been looking for ages. Thanks!
