Am I missing anything here? The prices for these stones especially for the HCA calculations (assuming I did that correctly) these are the best value stones I've come across (please correct me if I'm wrong)
It's from a reputable online store with free returns and I feel like if these are indeed as good quality as the specs say I wouldn't hesitate to purchase without seeing in person--(I have already emailed them for idealscope and ASET images so we'll see what happens there)
The stones I've seen so far in NY have looked beautiful and were all excellent cut with varying other specs including high color colors and
the couple I remembered to ask for GIA specs had an HCA well above 2 which leads me to the question..
Am I qualified to make the final judgement on the beauty/quality of a diamond with my eyes?
I'm not quite sure the best way to do this-- outside in natural light (but different locations/time of day might affect that), loose (gorgeous) but how does it compare in a mock setting as opposed to set for good?
Sorry for the babbling but any thoughts on this would be very much appreciated!!
And for the most important question of all: which would you choose?!!
