Source for chunky chain bracelet with some bling?

Does anyone have recommendations for a jeweler to source a chunky yellow gold bracelet with some little diamond pizazz on it with a great price point?

Don’t care for brand name (e.g. David Yurman makes these). Okay with lab diamond, even.

Examples of ideas attached in photos but not necessarily married to any specific. Not completely encrusted with diamonds, just a hint of it.
