SOLD Marco Bicego Confetti Oro Necklace

Hi everyone,

I bought a necklace for my wife, but of course, I forgot one little detail: she doesn't wear yellow gold. To top it off, the seller had an awesome NO RETURN policy. And that brings me here.

So up for sale is a Marco Bicego Confetti Oro necklace. This style has been discontinued and now must be custom-ordered. It retailed for $3000 (I bought it for $1500 on 6/3/2012). I'm asking $1275, which includes shipping via registered mail in the continental US.

It was only worn once or twice by the original owner (my wife didn't even try it on). It comes in the original pouch from Orr's Jewelers in Pittsburgh.

Hi Sharon, I took a picture to try to show you how the large piece is connected to the chain. They made the loop small enough that it won't slide along the chain (the fob remains completely centered). So I think you'd have to cut through the loop to release the large piece from the chain.

Am I making any sense?

I hesitate to suggest it, but if your wife prefers white metals, have you considered having it rhodium plated to be white gold?

Thanks for the suggestion, but she doesn't like the look of rhodium plating.

I've reduced the price to $1100. Yeah I know I'm getting robbed since I just bought it for $1500 last month, but I really want it to sell so I can buy my wife a wallet.
