I wouldn't call it a colour-change sapphire though. It's a colour-shift stone.

Lovely, but if the picture is right, that is a violet color. Lavender is a variation of purple. Pretty!

Ok, reasons not to buy it....hmmm.
- It’s expensive by my standards so if you’re not specifically looking for one like this...move along.
- The color change is really more of a color shift (I know, I’m really struggling to give you good reasons).
- Think of the awesome thing you‘ve always wanted that you could buy with that money.
- It would look so good on your finger....wait, wrong direction.
