Small but mighty spinel by MVMGems, set by CvB!

Hello everyone,

After gathering some decent photos I think it's time to share my new band!

The center gem is a 0.36ct, 4.1mm round Sri Lankan Spinel cut by Michelle Mai (MVMGems). It is small, but packs a punch!

The setting is the "Jessica" by Caysie van Bebber (CvB), 14kt nickel-free white gold, size 5.25. It has a soft-brush finished, and is unplated and unpatinated for that "warm" look. Side diamonds were provided by Caysie, 1.5mm each and FG/VS.

I am absolutely thrilled at how my little band turned out!

I had nothing to do with the design of the setting but I had been pining for it for years! It's a great setting for small stones.

Yes, that is a perfect setting for a small stone, and the purple is beautiful in the white gold! I love it!
