Slow response by USAcerted

I emailed a query to USAcerted a week ago, and have not heard anything from them yet. I have sent two reminder emails during that time too.

I have checked and re-checked their email, and it appears correct. is this delay normal?

I know I emailed abazias about 2 weeks ago, and heard from them within 24 hours.

If a vendor drops the ball move on there are plenty of great vendors available and lots of awesome diamonds.
Dont put up with poor service just move on.

Its possible your email got lost in cyberspace or maybe they just missed one- I would email again or call their 800#. I just purchased my engagement ring there and had a wonderful experience. Every time I called or emailed I got swift, expert answers. I was thrilled with both my diamond and the price and can''t say enough good things about this site. I know a lot of people felt their website did not look professional and were worried about them, but as a happy customer I will vouch for them! They are the best!

I had a wonderful experience with them. I would call their 800#. I found that they have the lowest prices around and can get a diamond for you that just about any other vendor has and offer it to you for less. Martin was always extremely swift with his replys for me. If you call and are blown off however, I would go elsewhere. I wouldn''t beg anyone to take my money.

I would call ..... When I was looking for a diamond, I called and got in touch with Martin instantly....He was very nice!
