Hi, I did a search and haven''t found anyone share their experience with this vendor. Has anyone purchased from them?

I purchased from Since1910.com and I must say that I have never had a buying experience that was more pleasant. I worked with Eric Peerless from day one. I can honestly say, I am not the easiest person to deal with. It''s not that I am not friendly, or difficult to deal with persay, but I am a chronic procrastinator, and it takes me forever to make up my mind ....

I found them by chance on a internet search. I didn''t know much about purchasing diamonds, so I figured I would have to check out a few stores or retailers before I''d find somebody willing to help me. To my pleasant surprise, they were the first, and last, store I visited ...

I first searched through the Since1910.com database several months ago and found a few stones I liked. But that was hardly the beginning. Eric was patient and helpful in every regard: if I mentioned a particular stone I liked, he went out of his way to find two or three from other sources that were either a better price, better in quality, or even both. The knowledge base is also very impressive. Since1910 only sells GIA stones, so they truly understand all aspects of that process, but it did not stop there. Eric always made it a point to talk to me in a way I could understand what I was really buying. When I was done talking to him, I felt like I had a real understanding of what the diamond truly was, aside from it''s GIA lab properties ....

Finally, after a couple months, yes, a couple months, I decided on my ring, had Eric put it together, and I received it the next day. It was everything I expected and then some. I couldn''t believe that Eric was willing to stick with me that long, because I know how frustrating I could be. But seemingly every day, he was willing and ready to respond to any question I have. Of particular value was his rapid responses to email, which is a great way to discuss things like this particularly when one is at work ....

Overall, an A+ experience. I''ll shop with these guys for diamonds time and time again. Knowledge, patience, understanding, and did I mention, GREAT PRICES. Please shop with confidence ....

Hi

I am looking for a loose diamond for my proposal when I come across Since 1910. I have never buy diamonds online before and I will like to know if it is a thrustworthy company to buy diamonds online with. I have this worries that they will send you something different from what is graded on the GIA cert.

As I live in Singapore and most of the people here prefer to go to a retailer like Thiffany and Co rather than to buy it online; and it is not common to do it. I really need some advise on this issue.

Will you be able to enlighten me?
