sigh - need finding help again

so i need to find a stirling silver enhancer bail to fit this when have it set in a silver frame

i want the option of wearing it on a chain or on a strand of pearls - it is Queen Elizabeth after all !
i have seen the odd enhanacer bail on etsy but the shipping kills it
it needs to be etsy because i trust them for international sales

do these look ok ?
strong enough ?
big enough ?
im not crash hot about the shipping cost compaired to the item cost but im getting desperate

I think this enhancer would work great.
Just be sure to show the picture to your jeweler. The bail on the cameo frame needs to be oriented so that the enhancer will go through it in the right direction.

i just want him to be home
its so lonely without him

they are taking good care of him with his flu, making sure it doesnt turn to pnumonia, he is even out of isolation, he is feeling poorly so they put him on a drip, they even found a normal vein that worked (its always hard to find his veins)
he has been walking really well on his walker when i have seen him, he has lost so much muscle

i tossed and turned all night worrying about everything
my nose is rubbed raw and has what feels like a huge crack in it
i thought my fevor had gone but when i did finally sleep about 5am i had weird dreams -like in the summer when you have too many covers on the bed

before the hospital was so ready to tip him out and now they wont let him go
he said he has had lots of those dreams, id rather he just didnt remember the really bad stuff he has been through

i hate he is in there with no one to talk to, those single rooms are small, his phone isnt hooked up to netflex but he says he's ok
it is a beautiful day today after we have had so much heavy rain
