I have plenty more...

From my garden. This is a Hoya plant I bought from IKEA for like $12 and it was tiny. I transferred it outside on a whim (there had been a passing away in the pot).
Apparently they are more an inside plant and tricky to get to flower, well, that whim and that pot worked their magic.

Torch ginger flower

@Crimson, the torch ginger is spectacular. It truly earns its name. It's one of the stars of the Tropical Display Dome at the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens here in Brisbane. Here is a front-on picture with the flower more open. I think only the most recently opened florets show the yellow rims, no doubt to tell the pollinating insects which ones to visit:

Gloriosa superba is my favourite one

@Vahid_shoaleh, Gloriosa superba is truly beautiful. It's considered a weed here in S.E. Queensland. It escapes and grows wild in parts of the bush. I guess a lot of plants are like that - some of our eucalypts and melaleucas are considered weeds in other countries.

I've always loved the variety of roses that has the peach on the inside and pink around the edges... I don't know what it's called. But I finally got them to bloom! In fact, I was specifically looking for this color when searching for a padparadscha. lol

Those are absolutely lovely! Love the peachy into pink delicate colors.

This is Archie (red point). and his sister Gigi (blue lynx point). They are Balinese (long haired Siamese). We adopted them for their non-reaction allergy compatibility with my husband.

Absolutely a bright spot in our lives. They are about two.

I will absolutely talk anyone's ear off about them :)

Oh aren't they positively GORGEOUS! I had been interested in purchasing a Siamese, because I heard their temperament is delightful. I also looked into Ragdolls, Persians, and Maine Coons. I'm wondering if these guys may be a good fit as well? I do love an affectionate breed, I will say. My American shorthair was an absolute love. She was a stray... don't mind her reverse leg warmers. They shaved her legs for a procedure.

An orange girl—how unusual! She was adorable. When they’re gone, they take your heart with them.

Balinese are a little softer in temperament than Siamese. My breeder raised both and has moved to Balinese. Gigi has a soft, raspy meow that sounds more like a buzzing noise. Archie has a more typical "meow."

They are very smart. Archie used to climb up inside the coffee table to retrieve toys from the back of the drawer. Now he just opens the drawer from the front and runs off with the feather lures from his fishing pole. Gigi plays fetch just like a dog—but only when her brother isn't around.

They’re affectionate, but only on their own terms. Gigi usually curls up against my legs. Archie is a strange cookie. Sometimes he demands a cuddle. He adores his Daddy and will flop on his back with his paws stretched out straight, asking for a belly rub. He is also known to seranade his reflection in a bathroom mirror at 2AM.

They are quirky and bright. Each cat seems to have a unique personality, some are more cuddly than others. Both follow me room to room during the day, but cuddles are mood dependant.

That's what makes cats so interesting... despite the breed, they truly are individuals. I miss my girl, and I feel like now may be a good time to look around. Yes, she was just a wee orange poof when she found us. I remember the vet telling us she was quite rare being a female ginger, but also because she had double paws on all 4 feet (hence the name "Mittens"). Sometimes I swear I still catch a glimpse of her out the corner of my eye. They never leave you; it's amazing. Enjoy your beautiful babies, and thank you for sharing them with us!!
