Hi Tacori!
We had a catholic ceremony outside of Mass, and this is the format we used. The last two pages I wrote a two page "story of us" chronicalling how we met, how our relationship bloomed, and how he proposed. everyone read it before the ceremony while waiting for us and said they were in tears! it also gave some people who really didnt know us well a backgroud and it was well received.

It was easier for me to take pics... please excuse all the black boxes, but I used everyones full names. I printed these myself on paper that was pre-scored... they were so easy to fold, my legally blind cousin folded them for me!

Anything is ok IMHO. I thought about not doing them and my mom was horrified so here I am....Mine are going to only be one page nothing big. I thought it would be fun to see some ideas, but, well...

TravelingGal, I'm in a similar boat - I hadn't really even thought about doing them (no wedding party, less than 40 guests), but now I kind of want to because they look fun to make! Not sure what to put on it though if no wedding party ... hmmm.

MSFlutter, yours are brilliant! And can I tell you how much I LOVE that you have Donny and Marie on the CD?! Hahaha -- that rocks.

Msflutter, those are AWESOME! What a creative idea- combining the CD & programs.

I just finished my DIY-invite adventure, and swore that we would not do programs as the invites were tedious. But all you gals have once again given me inspriation! Back to the paper store...

okay, instead of a recieving line we will "release" the rows so FI and I will stand at the end of each row to greet everyone. How can I make a notation of this in the program?

I don't have a pic but I loved my programs... Not as modern as I would do today, but that was about 5 years ago....

I bought anna Griffin 12X12 paper...Has to be 12X12..Then you fold it into a perfect square....so the insides and outsides now have the same print...I bought extra extra thin craft double sided tape and sealed the unprinted sides from the inside so it looked like a pretty petite square with print on all sides..then with a paper cutter, I cut a rectangle out of coordinating 12X12 paper and folded it in half so that it became the first and last page....on that I had our names and dates (did it in fancy font in nice ink)....then I did the same with another sheet and put down info on who the bridal party was, etc...then to tie it all together I took super thin satin ribbon around the whole thing so it ran down the center of the center pages and tied it in a knot and let the ends hang on the outside...hard to describe but SO pretty....I was quite proud of myself hahaha....I didn't use this paper but it was a floral with greens and pinks. I used sage ribbon...very elegant!
