I am curious to see some settings with “surprise” stones—mainly settings with one surprise stone. Looking for ideas. Post them here!

Thanks @voce. Is there a surprise stone on both sides or just one?
 
It's on both sides, so it doesn't matter if I put the ring on the other way.
