I just wanted to post a public thank you to Brittany at WhiteFlash.

I've been going back and forth on an upgrade for a year, and she's answered every one of my questions, responded promptly and patiently to every one of my emails, and never once told me to take a long walk off a short plank - which I'm pretty sure I would have done, were the roles reversed!

After exchanging another 20 emails this year, I've decided to push back my upgrade one more year - which will be the second year in a row I've done that - yet her patience remains unwavering.

@Texas Leaguer - please tell Brittany that Mrs B said she is the SUPERSTAR of customer service, equalled only by the lovely @Vera W, who has held my hand on more than one occasion when I've acted like a psychotic mess and changed my mind again and again.

Ladies - you are the BOMB! You seem to get how stressful, personal and defining some of these purchases are, and you make it as comfortable as it's possible to make it. THANK YOU!

And Brittany - next year for SURE!

Thank you for your kind words @mrs-b . I will be sure to let them know.

We are certainly lucky to have such a capable, knowledgeable and patient group of folks supporting our outstanding customers.

We will be here for you when you need us. (just not so much today as we have no power!)

Brittany is awesome! Professional, prompt and knowledgable. She's helped me too enormously this past year.

Enjoy your beautiful diamond while you have it! There's no rush as far as I'm concerned, you have a major winner!!

I agree that the folks at Whiteflash have the patience of saints...I could never be on that side of things. LOL

I agree, @mrs-b! Brittany and Vera are the best!!!

I have exchanged emails with Brittany and other WF staffs before..they are all very patient and accommodating. Kudos to the WF mgt for ensuring such a great customer experience.

That’s amazing! My rep at JA was snapping at me after a couple weeks because I had so many questions. She apologized but that kind of service leaves a bad taste. I’ve heard so many awesome things about Whiteflash!

Hi Vera :wavey:

Hugs to you - and thank you as always!

Honestly once again blown away...I wasn't expecting any contact for another week or so due to the storm, but heard from Evan with my final CADs. I was shocked and in zero rush. Also double points because they were so much improved and refined from the first set and they really went above and beyond to make everything right.

I agree wholeheartedly that the Whiteflash team is amazing!!

Brittany is my go-to gal as well, and both her and Vera have always been outstanding in every regard. They are both so professional, prompt, effective, knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, Brittany recently extended to me the kindest and most personalized gesture that showed just how thoughtful she can be. It made me feel genuinely valued as a customer and individual, and certainly took the Whiteflash experience to the next level.

I’ve been busy with a newborn (she turns 1 month tomorrow!) at home, so I haven’t been able to start my own thread. I’m therefore happy that @mrs-b created this thread for me to piggy-back onto.

Sorry to threadjack, but...

UMMMMM.... EXCUUUUSE ME, @mrs-b, but I'm gonna need details on this upgrade!!:love:

Lol - hallo, @msop04!

As you might have noticed in the original post, I've decided to put it off a year or so. I'm probably going to go from a 3 stone back to a solitaire at that point, and I want to go from an F colored 3.05 to a 3.50ct+ diamond. I'm toying with going from a VS2 to a VS1 - which is what I *really* want* - but that one clarity step alone will cost me another 10k, and so I go back and forth on it. I don't want to do any upgrades after this one (unless we finally go back to Australia at some point, in which case I'll take one more leap) - so I want to get it right. I love jewelry, but I'm pretty much done collecting more, or starting new pieces, so this upgrade will be it. I have a few settings to do, and some tweaking that needs to be done, but I'm pretty much done.

I totally understand. I love a three stone (and yours is one of my favorites, for sure)... but there's just something about a solitaire that gets me every time. I've reached my final destination of 3.38 G/VS2 with almost super ideal specs, so I think that's the end of the road for me. I can't wait to see the whopper of a diamond you end up with... as I will live vicariously through you.

You are my spirit animal.
