Should I pull the trigger on this stone?

I've been trolling PS for a while, educating myself...and I think I'm ready to pull the trigger...advise me

I have seen the stone in person and I was pretty much blown away by it. It doesn't look very big, but it really sparkles. My local jeweler has the stone and he'd also be designing the ring and setting the stone. I know you guys are gonna ask, so no I don't have an IS of it.

My biggest question is about table and depth %...I know they affect how light enters/leaves and the sparkle, and I know the ideal values...I was really happy with how the stone sparkled though.

Should I buy it? Thanks!

Have you look at it in different lighting conditions? Do the vendor has AGS0 cut graded princess to compare with?

Ask if you can view it away from the store lighting to see if you still love it then, jewellery store lighting is deceptive so you want to make sure the diamond doesn''t go dead away from it.
