After doing a lot of searching and reading this board I think I''ve finally found the diamond I''m looking for, with a thanks to Valeria101. I just want to get some opinions on if everything looks ok before I decide for sure to get it. The price is $1850 (after the nice little pricescope discount

very nice!
to answer your title question, YES!

thanks belle, any other opinions?

All the evidence you've shown us here makes it look like a definite keeper. If you're still concerned have it appraised before the waiting period is over, but I don't think there's going to be anything wrong with it!

Is it eyeclean? That's about all I got. I can see inclusions but that's such a macro closeup it's unlikely they'd show in real settings.

I have not seen the diamond in person so I don''t know if it''s eye clean or not, in an email James Schultz (President and CEO of James Allen) said that it "faces up completely clean to the naked eye" so I''m assuming it''s eye clean since I''ve heard that James Allen is pretty reputable.

I think the stone looks great! It looks like a sure sparkler!

The only concern I would have is with the inclusion b/c it appears to be located up top and close to the middle so that it may be visible to the naked eye. You should check that out when you get it to see if it bothers you.

I agree that the stone looks good. But, like the others, I would make sure the stone is 100% eye clean, and not just by the jeweler standards (they measure the stone at somewhere like 10 in.). Ask if it is an eye clean stone at 2-3 inches from your face.

Ditto to what researcher said. There have been several threads about "what eyeclean means" and I believe (correct me if I''m not remembering correctly) that they''re talking about at least 12 inches from your face - I''d want mine to still be eyeclean when it''s more like 2 or 3 inches from my face.

If it passes the test, it looks good!

I ditto making sure it''s eye clean. Nice looking stone if it is!! Let us know what you find out. My definition is that when I look right into a stone I can''t see a darn thing. But other''s have their own standards of what eye clean means to them. Good luck!!!
