Should I get the matching band for Tacori HT2510?

Hi! My husband recently gave me a Tacori HT2510 ring to replace my old engagement ring (which we are having put in to a necklace). At first, I thought I would just wear the engagement ring; however, my husband and the jeweler thought I might not look "married." I am trying to decide if I should get the matching band. I have only been able to find one picture online of both rings being worn together (although there are a TON of pictures of just the engagement ring)! I think there might be a slight gap between them, and I am worried that it might look too blingy and take away from the center stone. However, the band is very pretty and because it has the same crescent pattern on the side, it does not cover up the pretty side of my ring. Any pictures of someone wearing both rings or suggestions would be most helpful and appreciated! Thank you so much. :twirl:

Don't let other people tell you what to do. :)

I have been married for almost 13 years and have never worn a wedding band. I like the look of just the "e-ring" by itself - I think it shows off the stone and it's beautiful setting, and if I had a band with it I think it would look too busy and it would obstruct my view; and the band may scratch the setting (boo!).

If YOU like the look of your ring by itself then don't let another person influence you (especially the jeweler, who has a financial incentive to sell you something).

I am not married yet, just engaged, and so have only ever worn my e-ring, and people think I'm married all the time. So if you don't want to wear a band with it, I don't think it matters.

Wear what makes you happy. If you love the wedding band and want it (and can afford it, it doesn't affect other aspects of your life, etc.) then get it, love it, enjoy it!!!

But if you prefer the look right now of just the ering - then that's just as "married" as adding a second ring!!

or.. how about a 5 or 7 or 9 stone diamond band as a RHR and then you can have a 'wedding band' on the other hand???

I agree that you'll get questions about being engaged if you only wear the e-ring, so I would personally get the wedding band.

When I was just engaged, I never cared for a wedding band and though I could live without. After wearing my w-band with my e-ring, I love the pair together and find the e-ring looks naked without it.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to respond to my question. Since money is not an issue, I would still love to see a picture of anyone out there that has this matched set and get their comments before making a final decision. It is hard to believe that this is Tacori's number one selling setting and that I can only find hand shots of the engagement ring alone.

^^ didn't find that thread posted above so helpful as far as bands for the HT2510...maybe try looking on tacori's facebook? they have a lot more photos from real-life "tacori girls" and their rings.

as far as most popular, I have heard from jewelers that the 2620 was their most popular ring? not the HT2510? so perhaps that is why there aren't as many photos...

I would get the matching band, it is gorgeous.
