I should also say, I am VERY color sensitive, (one of them)so going down in color isn't going to work. SI was probably more where I was looking, but on this the CUT? And what price would make it worth it?

It's a private party, asking about 80% of what similar stones (color, clarity, size, depth & table) are on pricescope.

It is not a very good cut but if you are set on buying it because you think you can get it at a very price, then see if the seller has an appraised value on it. The reasonable price would then probably be 40% - 50% of the appraisal value.

This is not the best cut stone I have ever seen, but it's well above average and could be pretty and attractive. From what you posted, the price looks very good... Can you be a little more precise?

Definition of appraised value needs clarification. Don't be fooled by over inflated appraisal values. The industry is rampart with them. Cindy
