Should I be skeptical about this diamond?

Hi everyone,
My diamond search for the e-ring is now in week five and I think I''ve found the diamond I''ve been looking for. The problem is that I''m a little skeptical that the diamond price is too good to be good true. The price is much lower than what I''ve been seeing for other AGS-0 diamonds in this size range. The price is $6200. I found the diamond on WhiteFlash for that price, and I was able to get my local family jeweler to track it down and get it. I was told it was eye clean and I got to look at it yesterday at my local jeweler and I thought it was eye clean as well. Although, I am very bad at picking out the inclusions...even with a loupe. The main inclusion is twinning wisps. The inclusions shown on the diamond in the AGS Cert were unidentifiable because the cert was a copy, and a very blury one at that. My guess is that there is quite a few twinning wisps in table, but like I said, I was unable to see them with the naked eye. Since you guys are more knowledgeable on diamonds than me, my questions for you are...

1. Does this price seem a little low for a eye clean SI2 AGS-0?
2. Should I be worried about the twinning wisps in the diamond?

Here''s the diamond
1.32 cts
7.03x7.08x4.36
AGS-0
H color
SI2
61.8 depth
54.0 table
34.8 crown angle
40.7 pavilion angle
HCA score 1.1 3 excellents 1 VG-spread

Thanks for help!

It does seem quite a bit cheaper than one I found in a search. Does it by chance have any fluorescence?

So far, it looks and sounds great.

No flouruscence either

It might be the small table bringing down the price? Or folks not liking the wisps? I can''t spot anything wrong with it... Scores 1.2 in the Cut Advisor. Not bad at all.

That table's not small enough to lower the cost like that.

I dunno....Why not get it and have an independant appraiser look at it. Maybe it's just your lucky day.

I paid just a tad more than the stone you''re looking at for my last stone (J/SI2 1.59 AGS000) from WF and just a tad more again for my current stone (K/SI2 1.82). I think is very possible, I''m guessing you found it in their "virtual inventory", meaning not an in-house stone? Of coarse mine are lower colors, but to me the color difference/carat weight difference makes the deal make sense enough to me to be very possible. My current stone is SI2 due to twining wisps and EYE CLEAN AS CAN BE.

I don''t think these "deals" are a dime a dozen, but I also don''t think they are a needle in a haystack. They''re out there. I had WF pull in the stones each time and check ''em out and once they were able to "recommend" the stones I snatched them up.
