Should I be concerned?

This diamond is a great find, but the price (being low?) makes me a little concerned. What should I look for in the reports/Sarin info? Is the price really low or reasonable?

according to the AGA charts it is actually a 1B cut, and that's actually really good for a princess! Sorry, I have seen some DOGS!

You get the average at $4,201/carat and the low at $3,630/carat, so your price seems a bit high to me...

Actually, your price is just below the PS ave. at $4184/ct. Nothing wrong with the price if you like the stone.
