Looking at settings for my asscher, considering some of the sholdt setting that Pearlman''s carries and wanted some opinions.

The first is a tapered baguette setting, I like the fact that the baguette is integrated into the band. The other is a 3 stone, though I''m waiting to hear if they can do the 3 stone w/ all asschers.

There are a few others I like, too many choices.

Hi there! Would the 3 stone be a 3 stone asschers? I like the one with baguettes.

It would be all asschers.

Well, through careful questioning, a friend of ours is looking and I showed her some websites I said he was looking through, I found out that she isn''t too fond of 3 stone rings.

I was able to figure out she likes the canturi cubism, but I can''t spend that much on a setting. She also liked this sholdt http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/sholdt-jewelry/rings/11ZZ1/0/. Waiting to here if it can be done for an asscher in palladium.

This setting search is driving me nuts, I thought the diamond search was difficult.

no no, the setting is always the harder part! But I think Sholdt make lovely settings, so I hope you can find one you both love.

Well pretty sure I''m going with this one. Now just have to decide platinum or palladium...

That one is gorgeous!!! Very elegant and beautiful!!

Love that setting!! It will be gorgeous with an Asscher in it.

One note about Palladium, all jewelers are not familiar with it, and many won''t work on it. Please check with the jeweler you will be using, to make sure they will!

I love the scholt design she liked, that will look incredible with an asscher. If it is still too expensive in palladium, I would still consider white gold.

Still waiting to hear more about the palladium they use but it is about 1500 less than platinum. After some of the settings I have looked at it seems down right inexpensive (not really). This is still going to be a surprise so I hope she does really like it.

I really liked a Durnell Pearlman''s has not sure how it would look w/ an asscher, but I don''t think she likes halos

Thought I''d post it because I think it is pretty.

I think she''d like the other better, and I think it''s better suited for an Asscher.

I agree the sholdt is better suited for an asscher and the more I look at it the more I like it. Was having a hard time liking any other setting after I had that canturi cubism in my hand.

sent it off to get set! now just have to wait 4 weeks
