Has any one heard of the site SellChristianLouboutin.com ? Their site says that they guarantee 100% authenticity. But I''m always weary when something normally so expensive, can be found so cheap. There are red sparkly CL''s that I would LOVE to get, but I can''t find them anywhere in my size. So these are coming in a close second, but I want to make sure I''m not getting totally ripped off before I get them for the wedding. TIA!!

They guarantee authenticity otherwise it would be copyright infringement (I'm guessing). But yeah, they're probably fakes.

Any site that has ANY other word in the website besides Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo, or Prada, etc... I would say it's about a 99% chance that they are selling fakes, ESPECIALLY if it is a shoe that you can't find anywhere else for a price even close.

There are not THAT good of deals out there for the taking.

ETA: It doesn't say 100% Authenticity... it says 100% Authentic Quality

YUP, that is the first thing I saw.

The bottom line with these designer brands is that the big sales are usually on shoes that are one season if not multiple seasons old and extra inventory. Check the big dept. stores for sales periodically. Barney''s always has cl''s on sale. Saks, has a ton of sales, nieman''s...you name it.

Shopstyle is also one of my favorites for scoping out sales. They search authorized retailers. I hope that helps.

The price for starters. I wouldn''t pay what they want for a fake pair of shoes but we could have the fake vs. real debate all day.

Awesome. Thanks for all your help ladies! I knew in the back of my mind they were fake...but I just needed someone else to tell me for sure. You gals are the best!!

Keep an eye on bluefly. I wore this style to my wedding and I got them there. Also, ebay.

A friend of mine ordered a pair of http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/catalog/prod.jhtml?itemId=prod86320099&ecid=NMCIGoogleBaseFeed&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=X0D4X off a similar site, despite our warnings. She paid $120 and they looked a million times worse than something else you could get for that price. Glue everywhere, frayed satin, just a hot mess. You can get a great pair of shoes for $100-200 and I would recommend something originally in that range than wasting it on a $10-quality knock off.
