Hi Ladies,

So I am getting married outside in August. I will be walking on grass and therefore cannot have a heel. I was initially planning on just finding a flat sandal in white or silver however my dress was ordered with the length at the time of ordering and if I wear flats the dress will drag a little bit. For it to be perfect I probably need a 2-2.5" wedge.
I LOVE shoes and am finding the selection of wedges to be dissapointing... they don't seem to make wedges as fun and crazy as they do heels! I have found the following 3 - I am not in LOVE with any of them but they would all do. Was hoping to get some opinions. I have attached a picture of the dress to help! I am in Canada which limits the online shopping a bit but I am open to more suggestions!!

Of the ones you posted, I prefer the last one, BUT, I just google image searched "wedding wedges" and there are tons of really cute options that I like better than the ones you posted.

Gypsy I thouught about Tom's and those might work! I have to check the heel height with my dress.
I LOVE the 3rd ones you posted but the heel is too high! This is the problem I have been having... all the cute wedges have heels that are 3 inches+ and that will make my dress too short :(

I'm having the exact same problem! I tried out some stacked heels in the grass yesterday and found out that they work. Have you looked at anything by Butter? They have some great crazy wedges and also some nice bridal ones. They sell through Amazon, strangely, as well as other places: http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref...r+shoes&ie=UTF8&qid=1334511049&rnid=679797011

I've also liked some of the Seychelles stacked heels, like these, in this silvery color: http://www.endless.com/Seychelles-s...igner=2&asin=B005PNFPMU&ref=sr_1_7&pageCode=d

Edited to add some more:

I should add the disclaimer that I'm terrible at matching styles of things, but hopefully these will at least give you ideas of where else to look, or one will be the right type.

BHLDN has a great white t-strap with a chunky heel, which should work in grass, depending on your budget: http://www.bhldn.com/shop_shoes-accessories_shoes/criss-cross-t-straps-ivory

Butter has this silvery with a gold heel wedge, that I think is just gorg: http://store.theshoehive.com/index.php?product=Butter127. The wedge might be a bit low.

You are SO not alone! I've been wondering what everyone else does! It is making me crazy, really, especially because I cannot wear anything over at most 2.5 in and the cute wedges are all taller than 3. I even tried the crazy expensive ones, just to see. But I did have a good test run with stacked heels yesterday, which gave me hope.
