sharper image ultrasonic

Hi,
I''ve just discovered the Sharper image ultrasonic cleaner & would like to know on average how often people are using it. I have used it 5 times today on high & my ring seems to look better with every cleaning. Granted, I''ve had my ring for about a year & have never had it cleaned at the jewelers so I guess it''s taking off lots of dirt. After today I plan to use it everyday 2x on high speed. Does anyone else do this? Would this be overkill on my ring? My ring is a platinum round brilliant solitaire.

rosy, that thread that belle linked you to will answer every question ever posted about the SI cleaner..hehee. for what it is worth i clean my ring once a day and when i got it i cleaned it 5x as well!!! now it looks SOOO much better than ever before.

Thanks Mara! I did see that thread but kind of zipped through it, I should check it out more carefully. Do you clean it on high speed every day? Do you also do a repeat of the cycle?
