Lots of folks have really nice shared prong RB eternity bands. I am trying to figure out what brand has the most delicate looking prongs and sides.

I have seen the Facets ones...but hoping for other suggestions.

I think there are some Daniel K on the Perlman''s site that are lovely. Good to see you Green!!!

I have to say I love my Tiffany shared prong eternity band - it''s low profile and high in sparkle. I''m very active and I never take it off - I wear it horseback riding, swimming in the ocean/pool, roughhousing with canines, scrambling on boulders in the desert, everything. Not sure if that''s even important to you but hey, it''s an anecdote!

It''s 2.2mm and .86 cttw. It sits very low, so all you really see are diamonds, and it''s extremely comfortable and doesn''t snag anything.

Very nice! I tried on the Tiffany one and loved it...very comfy! But of course in PS fashion I am trying to find one equally as nice but without the Tiffany brand premium $.

and a profile shot. I personally like the baskets but they dont show as much diamond as some of the other ones. But then again, I see some shared prong bands and all I can think of is "shark''s teeth!"

Oops - I posted over you!

Yeah, I hear that - I''ve been thinking about another eternity band to sandwich my ring, and while I do love the T&Co''s styling I''ve wondered about having a similar (read: "nearly identical minus the stamp") ring made elsewhere. It can''t be that difficult. Good luck in your search!

In my own search I saw that Maytal Hannah has a shared prong similar to the Tiffany style on her website - it''s "ring 25" under the "Collections" link - but since it''s flash I cant copy/paste here.

Ahh good find. She is local to me so I should go check out her stuff. Thanks for the recommendation. Do you find your gets dirty because of the airline on sides rather than solid metal? I tried on some pretty U shaped ones where you can see more of the stones... but not as comfy as the tiffany one.

I have a Ritani shared prong that I love

Love Street, thats a gorgeous one!!!! Seeing it on the hand makes it look even better. Im goint to have to go in to T. and try it on one day!!!!

So it seems the main verdict on this site (having read lots of different posts) is that T. is the best for eternity/ stacking bands but they are also painfully overpriced for what the materials are. However, the high price can be justified somewhat when you tell yourself that you will own and love it for many years, long after you have forgotten what you paid for it.

For me, an eternity band is something I would not get made up to save money. For me the design is almost on par with the quality and cut of the diamonds. For me it is all about delicate and pretty!

I don't know that it gets too much dirtier because of the airline or basket design - but I don't really have anything to compare it to. The little toothbrush I use to clean it does a fine job of cleaning I think, although I go through long spells of not cleaning rings, as you might be able to tell by those pictures (pre-cleaning, unfortunately).

I LOVE the look of those U-shaped eternity rings some PSers have - they are stunning with the entire diamond profile visible. They do look like they sit a bit high for my low-set e-ring though.

The markup at T&Co is annoying, but I really think it's easier to swallow for something like an eternity band or stacking rings, in part because you're not paying so much for the diamond(s) as you are for the design. My e-ring is from them too, and in hindsight I kind of wish I'd gone with a PS vendor with a better upgrade policy for half the $ since I've had DSS for a while..

. But I've been so happy with my eternity band - and it's gone up 25% in price since I bought it, so now I even feel like I got a deal

ETA: If you check out Maytal Hannah in person, let me know! I'm in the LA area too so I've contemplated having her do a setting if (when

) I do my 5 year upgrade.
Sharon - thanks for the compliments!

check out memoire. they have really nice bands.

I have contacted Maytel and am going to go see her work. She quoted me about $600 more than the amazing price offered at Signed Pieces... but that is still almost one half the cost of Tiffany''s and her hand made workmanship might be worth it. I will keep folks posted because there seem to be many desires for comfy and low shared prong. I think I am going with 10 or 12 pointers... approx 17 stones.
