Thought it would be a pretty cool idea for a thread for PSers to share what sweet messages are engraved in their rings (if it''''s not too personal!) Let''''s not all forget what these gorgeous gorgeous rings symbolize in the first place! Pictures would be great too, if anyone is talented enough to do that (not me!)

DH''s has L____& B____ 9-25-2009

We put the other person''s name first

Mine were too thin to have engraved so DH never did it either

ETA: everyone else's are really cute though!

When I get around to sneaking DH''s ring into the jeweler, it will read "What are the odds? 7/4/08"

It''s gamer speak for "owned" (and is pronounced like owned with a p on it). Like, "I just beat you at that game. You got pwned!" So now MP''s DH got owned aka pwned! Haha.

Was thinking of this the other day... haven''t gotten bands yet, but he said to me one night, ''Soulmate, Checkmate.'' Just out of the blue, before falling asleep with a big smile. I wrote it down so that I could remember... something really mushy and sentimental wouldn''t really be us, even though we are highly sentimental, just not mushy

his band says "one" and our wedding date.

Mine says Ken (hearts) Lori 2/14/98 and DH''s says Lori (hearts) Ken 2/14/98. They are both hand engraved in script.

My DH''s ring is tungsten and we were able to get his laser engraved...in case you want to check into that option.

Mine says: MYHEARTMYLIFEMYLOVE (all squished together so it would fit)
His says: By Your Side

Ditto! I got it online specifically at a place that could engrave, but I''m sure you could find place that would engrave a ring they didn''t sell. The engraving on his rign is actually very beautiful! The engraving on mine is very hand-done looking (which is also a good look)
