hehe I'll start a thread when we buy and literally open a can of worms! We're supposed to set up a home for them with some rotten compost on the worm farm thingy first!

I got my bracelet almost two months ago before the price went up. I had it shortened a lot. I’m proud that I didn’t wear it until now.

oh its beautifulllll!!!! i love it!! the mini version is on my list....

My DH gave me this lovely key with a little pink diamond at the center (that I shared on another thread but since you asked!)

And MIL gave me this big ol sapphire earring to have made into a cocktail ring. It was part of a set that belonged to her mom. VERY excited for that! Need to make a call to my local guy to see if he can do it!

I got my tiffany rose gold and platinum wedding band (technically my birthday gift but I got it later), a Simon G rose gold filigree bracelet and a tiffany love necklace in rose gold. I also got a Simon g 18 kt gold diamond band. I also purchased a .70 diamond heart pendant preloved from a PSer here but I haven’t reset it yet.

I can’t get a good photo for anything. But here goes! DH surprised me with the ring. Purchased at Costco. He wasn’t supposed to buy me anything because I bought myself the watch. The ring is super sparklie in real life, the photo does nothing for it.

My Christmas came little early. I got new custom made setting for my oec end of november, 5-stone oec band two weeks ago and wide band last week. So under the Christmas tree was only chocolate...plenty of chocolate

Elle, it’s just the light I guess. I haven’t had a “tan” in years! I really don’t worry too much about aging-just when I try to photograph jewelry. I always think about two books- “I feel bad about my neck” by Nora Ephron and “How not to look old” by Charla Krupp. Both of these ladies are dead now, so what good good did it do them to worry about it? But you do have lovely hands. I didn’t appreciate that when I was younger.

I bought myself a cushiony 5.9mm omc sapphire palladium ring off fleabay, and sent my loving-but-useless-at-gifts partner to buy a 1950s diamond eternity ring from an antique furniture shop that happened to have a few gems in the window. When he got home, I had to hold my hand out around the corner from our kitchen so he could put it in my finger to be sure he got the right one. So Xmas day was no surprise, but I love it. And i also got a 15mm yellow beryl for fun.
