Setting similar to Tacori 2565RD9

First off I want to say thanks to everyone on pricescope for the wealth of information that has been so helpful over the past year since I found this site. Now to my problem, I was about to purchase a Tacori 2565RD9 to propose to my girlfriend of 8 years because that ring has always been our favorite, when one day she mentions she saw an advertisement online of one she likes better. She doesn't know what the brand was, but told me it was very similar to the Tacori but she liked it better. I have spent hours searching and can not find a ring like it that I think she would like. I have a 2ct. diamond, and was planning on spending 4-5k for the setting, but am flexible. Does anyone have any ideas on what setting she could be talking about? There is just no way you can guess what she liked better. If she had saved the ad, we could possibly find the exact ring or one like it. You should ask her if she wants to find the ad for you before you choose a ring. There's just no way to buy what she likes better without knowing what it was!

I have inconspicuously asked her about it but she can't find the ring. I was just hoping that someone on here might know of some other styles of twisted band rings. I really don't want her to know that I am going to ask her anytime soon but I will try asking her again. Thanks for the help, and if anyone comes across something please let me know.

I am so happy you posted this thread because I too am looking for rings similar to that style! Instead of Tacori, I fell in love with Brilliant Earth's version but they don't let you buy it without one of their overpriced (compared to what you can find loose) center stones.
