Question 1: Any recommendations on where to get the setting I want and stone from the same vendor?
Question 2: Looking at marquise-shaped settings on the band (not the main stone), what are the pros and cons to having a marquise diamond vs. multiple round stones?
Total budget ~ $4500. $4000 would be better.
So I'm trying to find a setting. I've found several that I like, but not from the stone vendors I'm looking at. First, examples of the style I want:

Something delicate (she's a 4.5 ring size) with the vintage-like embellishments. The problem is that you all have me so obsessed with the IdealScope images that I'm leaning heavily toward WF simply because they provide it for all stones. However, they do not have any settings I like. I spoke to a rep there and she's suggested I go custom. Now I'm fine purchasing a setting elsewhere and sending it to them to have the stone done, but it'd be preferable to have everything done with the same vendor just for the warranty/protection stuff.
With all that being said, here are my questions:
1. Are there any recommendations on where to get setting and stone together? I'd want IdealScope images without having to jump through a dozen hoops.
2. The WF rep asked if I would like the marquise-shaped sections of the ring set with marquise diamonds or with multiple rounds, as appears to be more common in the settings I've found in that style. Are there pros and cons to each? For example, is one significantly more expensive than the other? Would marquise stones lack sparkle next to round stones? I wouldn't want one to make the other look lifeless.
