SETTING HELP PLEASE!

Hi everyone,

I would like to know everyone''s opinion on settings for a ~1ct princess solitaire. My gf isn''t into anything too elaborate, so a simple band with solitaire is good. Opinions, pictures, and links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

trying to stay under 7-8K, with diamond already at 5.5k. Most likely Platinum solitaire setting. Nothing too fancy, something similar to a tiffany classic setting but with 4 prongs, since the solitaire is a princess/square cut.

I like the WF Legato Solitare. But my first choice would be the Leon Mage setting Ellen''s Aquamarine is set in. Love that, ,it would let in a lovely amount of light, and should be in budget for you.

I happen to love WF''s W-prong setting for a princess. Something about the fluidity of the band and the top view really appeal to me.

There''s this thread has some more modestly sized examples. Also lovely.

I don't know that there is one for the WF setting, and there definitely isn't for the LM.

I really like the WF setting as well, I think it would really make the stone pop. What you can do is buy the setting from WF and have it sent to GOG to set the stone.

Of course I like my LM too, but I don't know how it would work with having him make you a setting, but then sending it to GOG to set. I don't think I've ever heard of someone doing that with him, but not saying it's never been done. (if you want the stone covered while it's set)
