Hi
I last posted something on this site over a year ago when I was choosing the diamond for my engagement ring. I was very rude and didn''t say thank you to those who helped me pick the stone. It turned out to be amazing and I have SO many compliments on it! I am so grateful to everyone on this site.
Because of the story about how I bought my engagement ring, a friend who has recently become engaged has asked for my help in choosing her ring. As we both live in the UK, I''ve convinced her that buying her stone from a US website will save her a packet on the stone - diamonds are so expensive here. So, I''ve converted her to online vendors, and she''s looking to take the plunge shortly.
Her problem at the moment is that she has found a setting that she likes, but can''t find one similar on-line, nor can I. I thought that I should ask the experts here on PS for help!
She has described it as a three prong setting, which is sort of weird and I have attached a picture of it - it is not terribly helpful I''m afraid. But it seems as though the prongs are a little bigger than your standard prong/claw. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has spotted a similar setting anywhere online that I can refer my friend to?
Thanks for your help.
