Setting help!! Bridge or cathedral halo?

Okay so I need your help! I'm no good with all the terminology. I need to know what I'm asking for when it comes to settings! I have a fairly chunky wedding band and want it to sit flush with the halo setting that I dream of, so it will need to be a little higher set! I like the look of the settings in the attached photos! What would you call those settings? Cathedral, bridge?? It's all so confusing! I've not yet decided on a single or double halo but would a double be possible with that height of setting?? If you girls have pics of your own then post post post!!

I love the Tiffany Soleste ring (see attached) would this work on a higher setting??
