Hi Guys,
I''m posting from Ireland. We bought a beautiful diamond on the internet (.92; D VS2; GIA Cert) which we received on Monday. We are now trying to work on finding someone to set/mount it for us. We were looking for a standard (2.8-3mm) 18k yellow gold band with a six prong platinum head. We have been quoted 800-850 euro to have this done (approx $1,000) which seems crazy expensive to us but maybe this is the going rate.
Would really appreciate if anyone could advise us on this.
