Hi I am tryng to get the fedex paper work in order to then send a poorly cut diamond to BG for recut. I`m sure BG will be able to supply photos and info etc for the purposes of sharing this endevour with others here! I`m very excited and can`t wait to share the results with you all as the story unfolds.
Laslie has been a dream to deal with. I wasn`t going to bother at one stage after talking with someone there who sort of made me put it in the too hard basket. But once Leslie took over she`s been holding my hand through each step. The biggest hurdle that she took over was to insure the diamond from her end. If I had to start looking for an insurer here, it would have just been too difficult.
I hope to have the diamond fedexed by early this week.
