Seeking Vendor Input on Diamond Purchase

I''m looking for a Princess Diamond, around 1.5 carats, F, SI1 (eyeclean) with an Ideal Cut, or as close to ideal/fine as possible. I''d like to keep the depth down to increase the apparent size, but I don''t want to sacrafice the daimond''s overall light return.

I''m seriously considering this stone right now: 1.58 Princess, F, SI1, depth 70.5%, table 70%, Ex/Ex, Medium Girdle, 6.51x6.51x4.59, NO Culet, No Fl., CROWN HIEGHT 6%-7% (estimated). Price approx. $9,500.00. My only real concern is that the crown height seems a little low and the price a little high.

I am soliciting any Vedor''s input on this stone and whether there are better stones at the same or lower price, within my parameters, available right now for purchase.
