seeking simple solitaire setting

I am looking for a setting for a princess stone. Something simple, classic, elegant, with a thin, delicate looking band, and a not-too-highly set diamond. This seems rather difficult to find, strangely enough. Most settings I encounter have a band that is too thick or extraneous (IMO) detailing.

I like the WF Legato pretty well, but this is not an option since I''ve already purchased a stone from GOG. I''d appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Did you look through the Ingwer and Vatche settings on GOG''s website? They seem to have a few solitaires that might meet your needs.

Actually, that''s not true

You can send your diamond registered USPS mail, and WhiteFlash will set your diamond in the Legato setting. Just contact WF (assuming that''s the setting you have your heart on), and they will help you. Good luck!

How about this one from GOG, the diamond sits nice and low and I''m sure they would make it with a plain band if thats what you wanted.

You still have options! Just send the setting to GOG, people do this all the time. I believe GOG has to approve the setting first for any possible complications, but there should be no problems with this particular setting. Just ask.
