I already looked at the list of appraisers through the resources tab and haven't found someone to suit my needs.
I am looking for someone in Huntsville, Birmingham, Nashville, or Chattanooga.
I have already purchased a diamond.
I was hoping to find an independent appraiser, that doesn't sell any type of gemstones/jewelry, that can verify what I have matches what I believe I purchased. I am looking for someone with both diamond and appraisal qualifications. Furthermore, I would prefer to find someone who has the ability to properly evaluate the cut with some kind of scanning equipment rather than just by eye-ball with a loupe.
