seeing culet where there''s none?

hey guys and gals

i am seeing a white circular dot down the middle of the table unaided at certain angles as well as under a loupe looking down straight. it looks like those blown up pictures of a stone with medium to large culet. but in the certificate, it says no culet???

is this normal, am i seeing some sort of reflection or shadow, has my culet been chipped or have i just uncovered another gemological scandal?
