searching 2 CAT round diamond

i am in searching a loose diamond, round, 2 CAT, F or G Color, VS1 or VS2, all Excellent's, I looked at local store, and also looked at Blue Nile, I have never order anything from Blue, I saw this perfect stone in Blue Nile, has GIA Cert and GCAL cert. Do I need concern something I have never see in person to get it? even thought they have 30 day money guarantee policy. and also I am worry when I got the loose diamond from Blue Nile, I need to find a store to mount the stone on the current 1.15 cat platinum 4 prows ring. (guess need replace with new prow?)

Blue Nile diamond:
2.02 CAT, G color, VS1, three excellent 's with GIA and GCAL cert priced at $26,1000.00, no tax because of state. need find a store to mount the stone

local store:
2 CAT, G color, VS2, three excellent 's with GIA cert, with $25,500, including mounting and tax. I got 1.15 diamond from this store 15 years ago, F color, VS1, very good for polish and symmetry GIA, ownder indicated trade me the same price when I purchased 15 year ago for $8000. I want keep it.

Any advice?
