Scattered Diamond Band

My friend''s bf asked me to help him with the e ring, she told me she wants a thick, flattish band with a six prong round center stone and 3 small diamonds randomly scattered on each side. She wants the little round diamonds set in the gold, like the Tiffany Etoile band.
Does anyone have pictures of a ring like this? I have found many pictures of just the band, but I want to see it shown with a center stone.

This is a not-great picture of not-exactly what you are looking for... It''s some sort of bezel setting instead of a 6-prong but it gives the general idea. It''s from the etienne perret website. He makes lots of lovely etoile-ish settings but as far as I can tell, they are all bezel set.

Sort of... with a bezel set center, or half bezel. Versions of THIS bit of ring essentially.



I have a bit of trouble seeing how a six prong head holding the center connects to a flat, wide-ish band. But this is only 5 minutes into the task
