Hi guys!

Quick question--

So my dad has this awesome scale that I decided to try. We tested the accuracy and put something on it that was exactly 1 lb and it was not even off by an ounce. Then tried something that was 6 lbs and 10 lbs and it was still accurate.

Yesterday was my WI (I go to weight watchers). I decided I''d weigh myself at home on that scale first and then see how the weigh in scale matched up. The weigh in scale was off by two pounds. The weight watchers scale had me weighing in by an additional two pounds.

which do I follow?

Thing is, I am already at my goal weight and I don''t want to continue dropping anymore which is why I''m thinking maybe it is better for me to follow the scale at home?

Doesn''t WW add 2 lbs to account for clothes? Maybe that is the difference?

Never thought of that and they have not said anything to me about that in the 8 months i''ve been doing it...I weighed myself with the same exact clothes on

the one that say you weigh 2 lbs less.

I would say go with the scale that you usually weigh yourself on. If your regular WIs are at WW then you should be consistent. You know in your mind that they might be off by 2 lbs...

for the most accurate weight always weigh yourself in your birthday clothes.

I wouldn''t worry about 2 pounds inaccuracy for a human, 20 pounds, maybe.

I''d go by the WW scale but don''t worry about the number, worry about the difference between where you started and now. Its the loss that matters, IMO.
